My fees

Per Texas Government Code §406.024, all Notaries Public in the State of Texas are required to display maximum notary fees. Notaries may not charge over the maximum fee amount for notarial services, but may charge additional fees for remote online notarizations, travel, convenience, and other reimbursable expenses.

• $1.00 for each additional signature ​on the same document

Jurats

• $6.00 per certificate, including oath or affirmation

Certified Copies

• $6.00 per certificate

Certified Copies of Notarial Records

• ​$0.50 per page

Protests

• $4.00 for each bill or note
• $1.00 per notice served
• $4.00 ​for certificate and seal

Depositions

• $6.00 for certificate and oath
• $0.50​ per 100 words

All Other ​Notarial Acts

• ​$6.00

Remote Online Notary Service

• $25.00 in addition to any other fees

Remote Online Platform Stamp Service
in addition to any other fees

• $10.00 for the first stamp
• $3.00 for each additional stamp on  the same document

​Foreign Identity Proofing Fee

• ​15.00 for individuals with no US social security number

Payment Processing Fee

• $2.50 in addition to any other fees
